Bringing the Document Into Adobe Fill & Sign

  1. Download Adobe Fill & Sign from the App Store to your device
  2. Long press on the document and select the Share icon
  3. Scroll over and select Adobe Fill & Sign


Using Adobe Fill & Sign

It helps to zoom in where you need to fill in on smaller devices

  • Tap anywhere in a document to start filling it in with text
  • Tap inside select boxes in order to fill them in
  • In a signature field, tap to select where you want to create a signature and select the pen icon in the lower-right
  • Select Create Signature
  • Create your signature and select Done


Sending The Completed Document

  1. Select the share icon in the lower right of the screen and choose the share method (such as email)

  1. Download Adobe Fill & Sign from the Play Store to your device
  2. Go to your email and select the document.  Select to open with Adobe Fill & Sign


Using Adobe Fill & Sign


It helps to zoom in where you need to fill in on smaller devices

  • Tap anywhere in a document to start filling it in with text
  • Tap inside select boxes to create a textbox, then press the 3 dots on the font selection pop-up to select a check-mark or x.  You can resize this as needed.
  • In a signature field, tap to select where you want to create a signature and select the pen icon in the upper-right
  • Select Create Signature
  • Create your signature and select Done


Sending The Completed Document

  1. Select the share icon in the upper-right of the screen and choose the share method (such as email)
