Bringing the Document Into Adobe Fill & Sign
- Download Adobe Fill & Sign from the App Store to your device
- Long press on the document and select the Share icon
- Scroll over and select Adobe Fill & Sign
Using Adobe Fill & Sign
It helps to zoom in where you need to fill in on smaller devices
- Tap anywhere in a document to start filling it in with text
- Tap inside select boxes in order to fill them in
- In a signature field, tap to select where you want to create a signature and select the pen icon in the lower-right
- Select Create Signature
- Create your signature and select Done
Sending The Completed Document
- Select the share icon in the lower right of the screen and choose the share method (such as email)

- Go to your email and select the document. Select to open with Adobe Fill & Sign

It helps to zoom in where you need to fill in on smaller devices
- Tap anywhere in a document to start filling it in with text
- Tap inside select boxes to create a textbox, then press the 3 dots on the font selection pop-up to select a check-mark or x. You can resize this as needed.
- In a signature field, tap to select where you want to create a signature and select the pen icon in the upper-right
- Select Create Signature
- Create your signature and select Done
