Follow these steps:
Login to MyLambton and click on Jira Services Portal
Chose IT Service Desk
Choose Accounts & D2L
Choose D2L Course Creation
Fill in Details of Course (be sure to indicate this is a DEV course)
A DEV course shell is a great way to set up your course in preparation for an upcoming semester, and then simply copy the DEV shell into your Live course shell.
