Follow the below instructions to set up your Lambton email on iOS using Apple's Mail app. If you would like to use the Outlook app instead, please see this article: How to Set Up Lambton College Email on iOS (Outlook)


Step-by-step guide


  1. Open the "Mail" app on your iPhone/iPad.



  2. Tap "Microsoft Exchange" on the next page



  3. Sign in using your c0/login (not first.last name) followed by "@lambtoncollege.ca" for staff or "@mylambton.ca" for students. Add a description, then tap "Next".


  4. Choose "Sign In".

    If you receive "Need admin approval" screen, please select "Return to the application without granting consent"

  5. Enter your College password and tap "Sign In".



  6. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled on your account, you'll be prompted to enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Do so, then tap "Verify" to complete the sign in. 

    Note:

    Authenticator codes are time sensitive.


  7. Use the sliders to designate which items (if any) you'd like synced with your Lambton account, then tap "Save". You can change this later if needed.



    Your device will need to sync with our servers to download and display all of your messages. This may take some time depending on your internet connection speed and the contents of your mailboxes.
