  1. Open the Play store or App store on your Phone and search for "LambtonSafe app"



  2. Tap on the Lambton Safe App and then click Install

  3. Once The app is installed, you will see an app Icon On your Phones screen

  4. Tap on the app



  5. Tap on the "Training and Covid-19 Screening" icon



  6. Scroll down till you see "Proceed to Screening Questionnaire" and Tap on that 



  7. Login with your College Credentials 



  8. Complete Covid Questionnaire
