The best way to report messages like this is by using the “Report Message” button in Outlook. This creates a ticket for IT to investigate and submits the issue to Microsoft. We’ve included more details below in case they are helpful.

  1. From the Outlook client, the button is located in the ribbon toolbar and looks like this:
