Before You Begin!

Remember to clear the history, cache, and cookies in your current browser. Please make sure you are not signed in to different Microsoft accounts in your browser. Please follow the below steps to access your tax forms.

During tax season, students will be asked to provide a T2202 and T4A (if applicable). These forms are defined below and can be accessed online through myLambton.

T2202: a tax form issued to students that shows the amount of tuition that can be deducted for income tax purposes, as well as the number of months for the education deduction.

T4A: a tax form issued to students that shows the number of funds received (income) in the form of scholarships, bursaries, and other monetary awards from Lambton College in the calendar year.

How to Find Your T2202 and T4A

  1. Login to myLambton.ca

  2. Hover over Hello menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Select Tax Information from the left side menu.

  5. Follow the Self -Service link to your digital tax forms.

  6. Click on your T2202 and T4A (if applicable) forms to access the document and print if required.
