Instructions on how to modify meeting permissions and roles within a Teams Meeting.

Change Meeting Roles

  1. You will need to first create and send out the meeting invite before you can assign roles.
  2. Once that has been sent, go to Calendar and click on the meeting you want to adjust.
  3. Click on Meeting options

  4. This will bring you to a web page where you will see a few choices under Who can present?
  5. To prevent students from recording your meetings or presenting, set the permissions to Only me

  6. A few things to keep in mind:
    1. You'll need to send your meeting invite directly to anyone you want to present to ensure they are a presenter.
    2. You won't be able to select someone outside of Lambton College as a presenter.
    3. The ability to select specific presenter isn't yet available for channel meetings.
