Browsers are configured to save certain information and web pages to a local cache to help improve performance and make commonly viewed pages load faster. This can cause issues when changes are made, such as updates or edits to the page, passwords, etc. Locate the section for the browser you're using and follow the steps below to clear your browser's cache and resolve common issues associated with this data (Note that due to variations in mobile operating systems and versions, the following instructions have been written for PC/Mac browsers).

Before You Begin:

Following the steps in these guides may erase usernames/passwords, settings, browsing history, downloads, and any other information stored by your browser for websites you frequently visit or have configured to hold your information. If you do not have access to this information, consider changing passwords or retrieving any information for your records before you begin. This process cannot be undone.

If you have signed in to your browser, sign out before performing these steps. Browser cache data may be shared between multiple devices signed in to the same account, so problem data may sync back to your device if your account is still signed in. Consider clearing cached data on all devices using the account before signing back in.
