If you are experiencing issues completing LTCMR-0120 Navigate the PointClickCare System in The Care Environment and/or LTCMR-0130 Use the Point of Care Documentation Module of PointClickCare System in Long- Term Care, please follow the instructions below
Be sure to use the Google Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop computer when doing the PointClickCare modules. Using a different browser, or attempting to complete the modules on a mobile device, can result in errors that will prevent successful completion of the modules.

PLEASE NOTE: the screenshots in this section are taken from Part 1 of LTCMR-0120 Navigate the PointClickCare System in The Care Environment. If you are completing LTCMR-0130 Use the Point of Care Documentation Module of PointClickCare System in Long- Term Care, the screens will look slightly different, but the process for completing each module is the same.
After you have completed the last one of the simulations in a module, the Next button will appear in the bottom right-hand corner. Select Next to move to the Module Completion slide.
As shown in the screenshot below, the button for the last simulation you complete may not turn grey after you complete it. Once the Next button appears, you are ready to move on to the next slide, even if the final button has not turned from blue to grey.
Select Complete Module
Select Exit Module
Select Continue - the module will now be marked as complete in the gradebook and you will be able to access the next module.
