Follow the below instructions to set up your Lambton email on iOS using the Outlook app. If you would like to use Apple's included Mail app instead, please see this article: How to Set Up Lambton College Email on iOS (Mail app)
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone/iPad and search for "Outlook".
- Tap "Get" (or the cloud icon if you've had it installed before) to download.
- Once complete, locate the app icon on your home screen and tap to open. You'll be greeted with the "Add Account" page. Sign in using your c0/login (not first.last name) followed by "@lambtoncollege.ca" for staff or "@mylambton.ca" for students. Tap "Add Account".
- Enter your College password and tap "Sign In".
If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled on your account, you'll be prompted to do the approval / enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Do so, then tap "Verify" to complete the sign in.
Note:
Authenticator codes are time sensitive.
- If you'd like to add an additional account, you can opt to do so on the next screen, otherwise tap "Maybe Later" to go to your inbox.
When your inbox opens, you'll receive a prompt to enable notifications. We recommend turning this on to stay updated, but you can change this setting later as needed.
Your device will need to sync with our servers to download and display all of your messages. This may take some time depending on your internet connection speed and the contents of your mailboxes.
