Click on the “Jira Service Portal” button.

IMPORTANT: When prompted to sign into Jira please use your first.last@lambtoncollege.ca and NOT c0123456@lambtoncollege.ca Jira only accepts the full email address. If you enter your c0@lambtoncollege.ca you will create a new account and will have issues viewing your request in the portal.
Students, please use c0123456@mylambton.ca as this is the primary email address.
Click the “Continue with Atlassian Account”
Once you have signed in you will be taken to the Lambton College Support Portal landing page.
Here you will find all the department Jira portals, locate the correct department and you will be provided with the department-specific forms.
If you do not see the department or School, you are looking for click the “Show more Portals” option below.
You will now see the additional Portals.
Once you have selected the Portal you require, you will be presented with any forms for that department.
Select the required form, submit the requested information and the department will work on your request. Below is a sample of the Marketing Portal.
Once your request has been submitted you will receive an email. Once the request has been updated or changed in any way, you will also be notified by email.
You can also track your request while signing into the Jira portal by clicking the “Request” button on the top right of the page.
When selected you will have a few filter options:
If you are required to provide approvals, you will see them listed here.
Once you select an option you will have additional filter options:
You can change the “Status” or “Created by” or do a general search.
This will show a list of all your requests and their status, for example, “Open, Closed, Resolved, etc.”
Once you have selected an Item you can monitor its progress and any additional notes or requirements.

This will help you navigate the Jira portal, submit, and track new and existing requests and allow access to provide approvals if required.
