BHER Funding Application Instructions for Long-Term Care Placement Students

Start Here to Sign Up for LTC Training Micro-Credentials

Many long-term care homes use LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials to provide orientation training for new employees and placement students.

If you are a student doing a work placement in long-term care, you may be eligible for funding provided by the Business and Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) to cover the cost of your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.

To find out if you are eligible for BHER funding, please fill out the BHER Funding Eligibility Screening Form.

Once your eligibility for funding has been determined, we will email you instructions on how to sign up for BHER funding and register for your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.

You will receive an email at each step of the process, so it is important that you check your junk folder regularly in case your email provider redirects any of the emails there.

The steps of the process are also provided here for your reference.
