The Board of Governors requires that all Lambton College employees act in the best interest of Lambton College and avoid any situation where the individual’s private interests may be incompatible or in conflict with their responsibilities as College employees.
The President will ensure that a Conflict of Interest Policy and guidelines are established for identifying and addressing any real or potential conflict of interest situations for all Lambton College employees.
