The updated password rules are part of our ongoing improvements to information security and our continued efforts to protect College assets, including your personal information. This article walks you through the steps of changing your college password either on-campus or off-campus. Before you begin, please note the guideline mentioned below:

title | Re-login on devicesOnce the password has been changed, you will need to sign-in with the new password on supporting devices where your are logged in such as mobile, iPad/tablets, personal computers, Office 365 apps like email, Teams, OneDrive, etc. Make sure to try the login after clearing your browser history, cache and cookies to prevent any chached cached login errors. |
On-campus:
Task Manager:
Login to any college computers and press Ctrl + Alt + Delete from your keyboard to open Task Manager.
Choose Change A Password option.
Now, enter your current password in first field followed by the new password that abides the above guideline in second field and once again confirm the new password in third field.
Press Enter from your keyboard or → to apply the change.
Off-campus:
myLambton website - Password Change:
Using any web browser login to https://mylambton.ca .
Click on Hello, NAME at the top-right corner of website and select My Account.
On the left pane, you will see Change My Password option.
Now enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password field.
Once you have verified, click on Change password button to apply the change.
myLambton website - Password Reset:
From your personal computer login to https://mylambton.ca website.
Click Can't access your account? option.
Choose Work or school account.
Enter your College email in User ID and captcha as shown below before clicking Next:

Select I forgot my password and then Next.
Select the option that best suits you as shown below in order to receive password reset link(Email for example below).

Enter the 6-digit code that was send to you by Microsoft and then Next.

Now, enter the new password twice as per the above guidelines and click on Finish to apply the changes.
