The below documentation outlines how to export your favourites from Microsoft Edge

Click on Settings.
Click on Import or export.
Select Favorites and then click on Export to file.
Save the HTML Favorites file to your Documents folder.
Click on the three dots.
Click on Bookmarks.
Click on bookmarks and settings.
Click on the drop-down arrow, select Bookmarks HTML File and click on Choose File.
Select the Microsoft Edge Favorites HTML file and click Open.
Click Done.
On your Chrome browser, click on Bookmarks and click on the Imported folder to view your imported Microsoft Edge Favorites.
and import into Chrome.

Open favorites settings. Then click on "Export favorites."
When prompted, click on desktop then click on "Save."
Open Chrome then open your settings (3 dots) in the top right.
Hover over the "Bookmarks" option. Then Click on "Import bookmarks and settings..."
In the dropdown that now appears select "Bookmarks HTML File" Then click on "Choose File"
In the window that opens click on "Desktop" then select the file we saved there in step 3 and click on "Open."
When the file is finished opening you will have the option to toggle the bookmarks bar on and off as you prefer.
Hit done and your Edge bookmarks will now be available to you in Chrome.
