Making Sure Your Account Information Matches at Lambton College and the Care Passport Portal

Please follow these steps to check that your Lambton College and Care Passport portal accounts match.

The following fields must match exactly in your Lambton College and Care Passport portal accounts in order for your completed training micro-credentials to display correctly in the portal.

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Lambton Student ID

  • Date of Birth

Login to www.mylambton.ca using your Lambton College credentials.

Select Self Service from the menu in the upper right-hand corner. At this point you will be prompted to login to Self Service. Use the same username and password you used to login in to myLambton.

Select the User Options button at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Select the User Options button. This will open your User Profile page. Your name and student number will be displayed on the upper left-had side of the screen under .

Check that the First Name, Last Name, Lambton ID, and Date of Birth on the My Profile tab of your Care Passport portal account matches the information in your Lambton College User Profile.

If the information in your User Profile does not match the information in your Care Passport portal account, your completed micro-credentials will not be reflected in the Manage My Training tab in the portal. You can update your account information in the My Profile tab of your Care Passport portal account.
