Many long-term care homes use LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials to provide orientation training for new employees and placement students.

If you are a student doing a work placement in long-term care, you may be eligible for funding provided by the Business and Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) to cover the cost of your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.

To find out if you are eligible for BHER funding, you just need to fill out the BHER Funding Eligibility Screening Form.

Once your eligibility for funding has been determined, we will email you instructions on how to sign up for BHER funding and register your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.
