Please follow these steps to check your first name, last name and student ID in the Self Service section of myLambton. This information must match exactly with your first name, last name and student ID in the RCTC portal in order for your completed training micro-credentials to display correctly in the portal.

Go to the Care Passport Portal Sign in page at carepassport.ca
Select the SignUp button
Fill in all of the required information and remember the following:
If you’ve been a student or employee at Lambton College:
Make sure you use the same name as you did when you attended or worked at Lambton College
Be sure to insert your student number (c01234567)
If you’ve never studied or worked at Lambton College:
Select “Request a new student number”
Consent to the terms and conditions.
Confirm Registration - You will receive an email from carepassport@lambtoncollege.ca (check your junk mail) and you will have to confirm the email to activate your portal account. This email will confirm:
Your username, and
Your 4-digit portal ID
Once you have confirmed your registration, you can login to your RCTC Portal account at https://lcpt-prod.herokuapp.com/login
When you login, you will be taken to the My Profile tab of your RCTC Portal Dashboard. Use the My Profile tab if you need to update any of your account information.
Select the Manage My Training tab to see the status of your RCTC training micro-credentials. If you are employed at more than one Home or assigned to more than one Role, you can use the filters shown below to display your status for a specific Home and/or Role. If you do not select any filters, all of your micro-credentials will be displayed.
You can scroll through the list of your micro-credentials and view the status for each one. If the Status column is empty, it means you have not successfully completed that micro-credential.
For any micro-credential that has been successfully completed the Status column will say Validated. If the Valid For column is empty, that micro-credential does not have an expiry date. For micro-credentials that do have an expiry date, the Valid For column will indicate how many years they are valid for. If you have completed a micro-credential that has an expiry date, the Expiry Date column will tell you the date after which it will no longer be valid.

If you have completed micro-credentials that are not reflected in the Manage My Training tab of your RCTC Portal Dashboard, it is likely because the information in your portal account does not match the information in your Lambton College account. Please see How To Check Your Personal Information on myLambton for instructions on checking your User Profile in myLambton. If your information does not match, be sure to update your account information in the My Profile tab of portal to match the information your Lambton College student account. |
