• Caring – We have a sincere interest in the well-being and safety of all individuals in our community – our students, each other, and visitors to our campuses – and foster an environment that empowers people to be compassionate and offer superior service.
• Respect – We value the dignity and uniqueness of every individual in our community, and interact courteously and with an appreciation for diverse perspectives.
• Diversity – We embrace diversity, value equity and accessibility, foster an inclusive environment, and champion the potential of every mind. Our College achieves much of its strength through the diversity of our community, and its global connections.
• Integrity – We behave with honesty, integrity and fairness in all our interactions. Our words, decision and actions must comply with all applicable legislation, college policies and processes, principles of academic integrity, and must also be ethical.
• Teamwork – We value each other’s ideas. We work collaboratively as a community to achieve shared goals, promote cooperation and participatory decision-making, and encourage strong partnerships. We promise respectful attention to the ideas and opinions of others.
