If you are a student doing a work placement in long-term care, you may be eligible for funding provided by the Business and Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) to cover the cost of your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.
The first thing you need to do is To find out if you are eligible for BHER funding. To do that, please complete the eligibility screening form here: , you just need to fill out the BHER Funding Eligibility Screening Form.
Once your eligibility for funding has been determined, we will contact you regarding next steps in the registration process for email you instructions on how to sign up for BHER funding and register your LTC Training Care Passport micro-credentials.
