Go to the RCTC Portal homepage: https://lcpt-prod.herokuapp.com/
Select the Sign Up button
Create your account by filling in your information on the registration page:
Remember the username and password you have created for the RCTC Portal. You will need it to login to the portal once you have confirmed your registration.
After you select Submit on the registration page, you will receive a confirmation email from LCPT Webportal <sergevasco10@gmail.com>. Be sure to check your junk mail folder in case the email has been sent there by your spam filter.
